1. Services
Niyah Care Service Pty Ltd provides in-home care services under a formal service agreement signed by the client or their authorised representative.
2. Fees
Fees are outlined in your care plan and service agreement. We do not use lock-in contracts.
3. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations where possible. Short-notice cancellations may attract a fee as per your agreement.
4. Liability
Our services are delivered by qualified, insured carers. Our liability is limited as set out in your service agreement and applicable law.

6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
